- Treatment rooms cleaned and aired out between every appointment.
- High-touch surfaces — door handles, reception counters, waiting areas — disinfected throughout the day.
How We Work
Professional conduct
- Every therapist is certified and trained specifically on Veloria's treatment protocols before working independently.
- Draping is maintained throughout every session — only the area being treated is ever uncovered.
- Treatment boundaries and consent are discussed before any session begins.
- Rooms are private and single-party — one guest, or one couple, per room at a time.

Our therapists are treated as skilled professionals, and we expect every guest to extend the same respect and professionalism we bring to every treatment. Any behavior that compromises that isn't tolerated, and any guest who violates it will be asked to leave.
