Privacy Policy

A plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and how you're in control of it.

What information we collect

When you book a treatment or get in touch with us, we collect the details you give us directly — your name, phone number, the treatment, date, and time you're interested in, any notes you add about your visit, and whatever you write to us through our contact form or on WhatsApp. We don't collect payment or financial information through the website at all, since payment is always handled in person at the spa.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you, confirm and manage your booking, and follow up if needed — for example, to reschedule or send a reminder. We don't use it for advertising or profiling, and we don't collect anything beyond what's needed to take care of your visit.

We don't sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exception is the tools we rely on to actually run the business day to day — for instance, WhatsApp carries the messages you send us, and our booking system stores your appointment details securely. We never pass your details to marketers or data brokers, and we never use them for anything beyond serving you as a guest of Veloria Spa.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your booking and enquiry details only as long as needed to manage your visit and for basic recordkeeping afterward. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just send us a message on WhatsApp with your request — no form, no hoops — and we'll remove it and confirm once it's done.

Your other choices

You can also ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if something's wrong. A WhatsApp message is the simplest way to reach us for this too.

Data protection under Pakistani law

Pakistan does not yet have a single, dedicated data protection act in force. At present, the handling of electronic data and communications — including protecting personal information shared online from misuse — falls under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016. We handle your information in a manner consistent with that law, and we'll update this policy if Pakistan introduces dedicated data protection legislation in the future.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date below. Continuing to use the site or book with us after a change means you're comfortable with the update.
